REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

MORIN LAKE I.R. No. 217 LAGOON UPGRADES

Electronic pre-qualification submissions from respondents will be received until 2:00 p.m. CST on April 9, 2024, emailed to saskatoon.reception@aecom.com or submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of AECOM Canada Ltd., 200 - 2100 8th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7H 0V1.

The work generally comprises of the construction of a new LLDPE liner sewage lagoon expansion and the installation of a new LLDPE liner within the existing sewage lagoon, including, but not limited to: 

• Site preparation including clearing, grubbing and stripping;
• Construction of a new LLDPE lined secondary cell and a LLDPE lined primary cell expansion;
• Desludge of existing primary cell and installation of LLDPE liner in the existing primary and secondary cells
• Construction of a sludge stabilization cell

The proposed work listed above may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band (The Band):

This pre-qualification process is only for general contractors that have the ability and interest to act as a Prime Contractor (as herein defined).  Successfully pre-qualified respondents may be invited to submit a bid in a subsequent and separate process and, if successful, enter into a contract directly with Lac La Ronge Indian Band for work related to the Morin Lake I.R. No. 217 Lagoon Upgrades.  Subcontractors and suppliers will not be pre-qualified under this process.

Only the forms provided in this pre-qualification package will be considered during the Engineer’s review of proponent’s submission. Additional information submitted, or multiple forms not requested, will not be considered during the review.
