Notice to Bidders Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation Bid for: Sandy Bay I.R. No. 202 - Contract for Construction of Subdivision – Stage 2 Phase 3, ISC Project No. CTE62 Emails containing Bids with the subject line “BID: Sandy Bay I.R. No. 202 - Contract for Construction of Subdivision – Stage 2 Phase 3, ISC Project No. CTE62” shall be received by AECOM Canada ULC by email to: Saskatoon.Reception@aecom.com before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on October 1, 2026. Only electronic bid submissions will be accepted. The Work generally comprises of the construction of the Sandy Bay Stage 2 Phase 3 Subdivision,
The work is located in Sandy Bay I.R. No. 202 in Sandy Bay, Sask. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Prime Contractors process has been completed prior to issuance of these Bid Documents . The four (4) contractors who successfully qualified and are eligible to bid on this contract have been notified in writing and are noted below:
Only Bids from the qualified contractors shall be opened. Any Bids received from companies that have not been identified as qualified shall be returned to the Bidder unopened. Copies of the electronic Bid Documents in pdf format can be obtained from the Bids & Opportunities website on or after September 3, 2026. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation.
