Southend Wastewater Upgrades – Contract 1, ISC Project No. CTA237

Emails containing Bids with the subject line “BID: Southend - Contract for Construction of Wastewater Upgrades – Contract 1, ISC Project No. CTA237” shall be received by AECOM Canada ULC by email to:

Saskatoon.Reception@aecom.com before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on June 11, 2026. 

There will be no public bid opening. Bid results will be made public upon request.

The work generally comprises of the construction of three (3) new wastewater pumping facilities with the demolition/decommissioning of three (3) existing wastewater pumping facilities. The work also generally includes the retrofit of one (1) existing wastewater pumping facility complete with some selective demolition at that facility. The work includes:

• Construction and commissioning of three (3) new Sewage Pump Station building structures including new wet well pumping equipment and all associated works
• Demolition and decommissioning of three (3) existing Sewage Pump Station building structures including existing wet well pumping equipment and all associated works
• Retrofit construction and commissioning of one (1) existing Sewage Pump Station building structures including new wet well pumping equipment and all associated works
• Selective demolition and decommissioning of one (1) existing Sewage Pump Station building structure including existing wet well pumping equipment and all associated works
• New gravity sewer connections, new forcemain connections, and new water service connections
• Supply, installation and removal of temporary Lift Stations
• Electrical service upgrades
• Associated site works including grading, landscaping, and fencing.
• Concrete pad and waste deflector construction and chainlink fence repair at the Southend Solid Waste Transfer Station

The work is located in the community of Southend I.R. 200.

A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Prime Contractors process has been completed prior to issuance of these Bid Documents .  The three (3) contractors who successfully qualified and are eligible to bid on this contract have been notified in writing and are noted below:

The Issued for Tender Package has been provided to the listed qualified contractors above. Only Bids from the qualified contractors shall be opened.  Any Bids received from companies that have not been identified as qualified shall be returned to the Bidder unopened.

All future Addenda in pdf format can be obtained from the bids&tenders website on or after May 6, 2026. 

Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to the Owner.
